It has been over a year now since Liz and Loz checked in with each other, about the lessons that we have learned over the previous twelve months. This week’s podcast gives us the opportunity to do exactly that; we reflect on the year that it has been!!! What a giant year we have had!!!
Both Liz and Loz and have big announcements to share with our amazing listeners and we are so excited and grateful to have you on our journey:)
Ana Echeveste shares her wisdom with Liz and Loz delving into the deeper levels of understanding and philosophy of the incredible intelligence of our body ecosystems and how this i relates to Chiropractic. We discuss why many people these days have a lack of trust in our bodies and symptoms and why we think that this is the case.
Ana opens up and shares with us the journey of her previous twelve months. For most of her life Ana has expressed extreme symptoms; Grand mal seizures. Since early 2016, Ana decided that she would stop taking her mediation and heal from the inside out. Her year has not been smooth, however the learning and understanding that she has gained about herself has been a priceless experience for Ana.

Join us with the most entertaining woman in Chiropractic, Pam Jarboe! Pam tells us about her journey away from fear driven victimhood to being an empowered Chiropractor.. it is a beautiful story filled with great synchronicities.
There are so many golden nuggets in this episode. My favourite is the part about people ‘making themselves smaller’ or ‘just managing their lives’.
On a side note: Pam is not involved in ambulance chasing, waving dead chickens over people OR tazing her patients!
