Liz and Loz are back at the Amsterdam JustTIC headquarters after 3 weeks touring the South African lands. During our trip we went down memory lane for Lizette, we visited the Chiropractic University’s, spoke to the students at Durban, interviewed Greg Venning, visited Lizette’s old practice and met her South African mentors. As we had hours on the road, and long walks on beaches and up mountains, many reflections and philosophical questions were discussed at length. Join us, as we share some of our thoughts on our latests podcast:)
Below are some happy snaps of our trip:) Enjoy!
Liz and I were manifesting that we were going to see rare animals…And success! We saw Cheetah’s which, according to our ranger, is a very unique experience! The surrounding safari cars were equally as excited as us!
Liz enjoying the wilderness
Our fridge while staying in Zinkwazi! We felt like we were in some sort of Health/Nutrition magazine photo shoot!
The sunrise was spectacular!
Sunrise is truly one of my favourite times of the day; the first light glows as the world slowly wakes
Massive thunderstorms and torrential rain broke the draught while we were on Safari. The lightening scared the animals, so they hid in the mountains. This meant that we were wet and cold and sadly saw limited animals on that Tuesday morning. However, nature, is still beautiful
Rhino’s with their magnificent horns. Sadly these animals are predicted to be extinct in the next 5-10 years.
A truly beautiful animal
